SBA: This is a Follow-up of issue 52837 (that introduced Lao Numbering and
alphabet table)
To reproduce: Load attached .ODT - it contains a Numbering up to 100 formatted
as Lao Alphabetical Numbering
-> The letter 0x0E95 is used twice, this affects positions 9 and 10, and
subsequently also 41and 42, 73 and 74... that look the same (yellow 
highlighted).
