COLUMNS(), ROWS() and SHEETS() always need to be updated when referenced range
changes size. Note that this sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, e.g.
A4:=ROWS(A1:A3) and insert Row2 works, A4:=ROWS(A5:A7) and insert Row6 does not.
This is not a P2, see priority descriptions, lowering to standard P3.
