OOo cannot have an *own* answer for every kind of disanility.
Those people who are to myope to get help from lenses should use screen
magnifiers (gnopernicus, ZoomText...)
I am personnaly myope (-12/-13) but lenses correct a lot.
The effort to get this feature back is too high for what it brings.
