I've tried with
http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/OOB680_m5/Build-1/OOo_2.0_windows_install_fr.exe
It is also a single language version on a german XP. I've been using a local
drive, not a network drive, but that doesn't make a difference. Installing OOo
into the root of a drive, it comes up with a french wizard and end up in an
english gui. Going to tools options the gui of this dialog is french. But when
OOo is installed in N:\OOo2.0.2_rc5\ it doesn't make a difference: OOo comes up
with a french wizard and ends up with an english gui. The same with an italin
OOo version.
