I like to format numbers with user formating string by adding an extra space at
the end of the string ie. '0" "'
Everything works fine until loading the document from file. The " characters
are gone in such a case and the formating string is not working right.

The formating string is saved correcly. When oppened with linux Calc version
the formating string is correct ie. '0" "' But, if opened with windows Calc
version the string is stripped to '0 '

(the ' characters are just for the purpose of this post and were not used in
the Calc)
