I removed those files - many thanks :-)
What would really rock here would be a small perl script that crawled
recursively over the default icons & the ooo_custom_images directories and
compared them for redundant (or missing) icons. Both the redundant & missing
metrics are rather useful :-)
Incidentally - a straight list of filenames is just as useful for removing this
stuff.
