I think your test scenario is not correct.
The fix for this issue introduces a new registry property "MigrationCompleted"
in Setup.xcu. This means only versions including 2.0.2 and up will be able to
write that key. It is not possible for a 2.0.2 version to tell, whether
migration was already done in 2.0.1 or lower. That information simply isn't
available.
