TV->Danohnesorg: There are most definitely no templates for the new letter
wizard in Czech yet. Please do not send in a patch for the letter wizard code
yet, since I still have a CWS in progress that fixes the correct linguistic
language (CWS qwizardsbf3). If you want to make the wizard available for Czech,
please create Czech templates.
