I do not think, that this is desired or useful anyway. The color is always
dependent on the user which made changes in a document. This gives the
possibility to see at first glance which users have made changes in a document
(important in several companies).
However, maybe somehow someone will implement an option to have something like a
"single-user-redlining-mode" which allows to have different colors for a single
user.
