It's not a bug, it's a feature ;-)
If you want references to point to the same cell after sort you'll have to use
absolute references at least for the row parts that would change according to
the sort changing the position of the formula cell, the same as if copied via
clipboard. In this case it would be =RANK(B$2;Liste), =RANK(B$3;Liste), ...
That adding a sheet reference changes the behavior as if the row reference was
absolute was implemented because Excel does it the same.
