Though i must say i find it interesting that all of a sudden something in the
ICCCM is a "MUST" if it is supplied by an application where it always is an
ignorable "hint" when it has to be implemented by a window manager. Also it is a
quite braindead reaction of klipper to insert the same selection over an over
again if it misses a timestamp.
Well, that's probably just silly me.
