Several points:
- ScPivotShell is active only when the cell cursor is in a DataPilot table, so
it would still be possible to cut a range of which only a part is in the table.
- Disabling only cut & paste seems a bit useless when you can still clear
contents, insert/delete rows, etc.
- In the future, cut & paste within a DataPilot table will be needed to reorder
items.
As-is, the patch won't be integrated.
