BEI->pjanik, HR: EIS now records and shows a resync history. But it does not
show the users there yet. For the user to be shown also cwsresync must call
setMilestone2 at the EIS SOAP interface with an additional user parameter (which
is the users VCS/CVS-ID) instead of setMilestone.
