Confirming: this takes ~30 seconds to 1/2 load [ ie. at that point it renders a
rather mangled view ] then another 10-15 seconds to re-render with correct
split-pane behavior. It subsequently takes 5-10 seconds to switch to/from Sheet1
/ Sheet2.
