FME: The total line height depends on the height of the text portions in this
line, including the numbering or bullet portion. The height of the bullet
portion is given by the font used for it. If the height is set to default, the
font height used for the bullet is set to the font height of the paragraph.
Changing the bullet font size from 9pt to default can increases the height of
the bullet portion, therefore it can also increase the line height. In our case
the height used for the bullet is 12pt, the bullet font is always
{Star|Open}Symbol, which is actually a bit heigher than Thorndale. Therefore the
line size changes.
