Now that we come closer to an 3.5 (Danube) upgrade I would like to revisit this
issue.
My understanding is that charset handling for message bodies works fine for the
current SC version (2.6). Furthermore charset handling for new messages works
also fine for the body and the headers.
The conversion of message headers (Subject, From) sent before the upgrade to SC
2.6 in December 2003 is left.
Aniruddha, could you let us know, whether your comment made at Wed May 25 2005
are still valid? Would links to messages become invalid?
