The problem of when should the office be terminated will be part of the office
life-cycle concept which will be discussed soon. When we have this solution,
then the new terminateOOo method would be useless again. Therefore I do not want
to indroduce it in the first place.
Another idea would be to modify stopOOoConnection to terminate the office, but
this would be a big change in behaviour. This would also kill the office even if
users work with it.
Therefore we will wait for the life - cycle management to be implemented.
