OK, I've uploaded two documents, one that displays the problem, and one that
doesn't:

* csharp 3.0 specification.doc is a document from Microsoft's own Web site, at
<http://g.msn.com/9SE/1?http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/5/0/9503e33e-fde6-4aed-b5d0-ffe749822f1b/csharp%203.0%20specification.doc&&DI=6066&IG=30ff9b1d38fc463ab08c2dbaa3cb9cff&POS=9&CM=WPU&CE=9&CS=AWP&SR=9>
that demonstrates the issue. I have a large collection of documents from my
workplace that similarly fail to produce a live TOC and cross-refs when I open
them in OOo 2.0.2 and export to PDF.

* testdoc.doc is a quickie Word doc I created tonight, then opened in OOo and
exported to PDF. It works fine. I have no idea why.

What's the difference between these two bugs? One works as intended, and one
exhibits the bug.

Please reopen this, and modify it from an Enhancement to a Bug. This bug affects
all of the Word documents at my office, so it's really blocking me from using
OOo for real work.
