pb -> abi: please take over.
Instructions to reproduce:
- open Template and Documents dialog
- open a template for editing (button "Edit"; not "Open")
- open "File - Properties..."
- set a keyword on tabpage "Description"
- save template
- open Template and Documents dialog again
-> the template with the keyword is not shown.
While debugging I found out that the hierarchy ucb doesn't return this content.
