fs->pl: Currently, we're exporting a SUBMIT button in a way that it submits the
document (using PushButtonWidget::SubmitToURL), and all other buttons in a way
that they reset the PDF form.
In the bug doc, the button is set up to open a document/web page, which is not
the same as form submission. Is this concept of opening external URLs known in
PDF forms? If so, please provide a respective memver at the PushButtonWidget. If
not, please close this issue as INVALID.
