Finally i could reproduce that. Sorry that it has taken so long, i simply did
not login in the correct locale - which did not give me the correct font path. I
should have thought of that much sooner, sorry.
What happened is this: there are two HG-MinchoL-Sun font files installed in the
font path; both have the same PSName and therefore can clash. Normally this
would not matter since one of them would win, but it seems that the two fonts
support different glyphs, which would lead to both of them being included in the
produced PDF.
The PSNames are now forced to be unique by adding the psprint font id.
