When TOC entry is formatted as link to paragraph, the tip for a link looks
something like #1.something|outline. Here 'something' is the text of link,
'outline' is the type. 'Outline' is not translatable (searched thru strings).
The same happens, when create hyperlink into document, referencing to document
section, then after text '|region' is displayed, when picture is referenced,
then '|graphic', etc. 
I added a screenshot with TOC entry tip.
