------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 30 14:39:29 -0800 2006 ------- Hi, I have a spreedsheet, that I may provide privately, with a VLOOKUP on a sheet that gets data from a different sheet on the same file. Whenever I change the data used by vlookup I have to wait 3 minutes (on AMD 3000+, 1Gb RAM) until Calc recalculate all lines. I found the same behaviour on Windows (i386) and Linux (i386 and powerpc) and Solaris (sparc). Moreover openoffice 1.1.3 complete the same operation in 1 minute and half, while excel only need 5 seconds. If I remove all columns that uses VLOOKUP then the update time goes to a few seconds. This is why I think the problem is related to VLOOKUP.
