Confirmed, the file is deleted without warning while the OOo Help provides an
example that indicates that overwriting would fail with errorcode 76. So either
the function, the help or both are wrong. As it is unexpected that the target
file will be overwritten, i set prio to 2 and next possible target (dataloss)
