Reinstalling version 2.0.1 did not solve one of the major issues.
See issue # 63878 - This issue did not manifest before installing 2.0.2.
After removing 2.0.2 and installing 2.0.1, version 2.0.1 manifest the same
issues (at least issue #63878).
To reiterate, re-installing 2.0.1 did not solve my issues.
I would close this as I cannot repeat the test i.e. using 2.0.1 works, 2.0.2
breaks, uninstall, 2.0.1 now also breaks.
Further issues will be noted separately.
