Your array is not sorted, therefore it doesn't work. See online help for VERWEIS
(LOOKUP):
"Zusätzlich gilt bei VERWEIS, dass der Suchvektor sortiert vorliegen muss, da
die Suche sonst keine verwertbaren Ergebnisse ergibt."
This is double to issue 58286, for enhancement request see issue 63381.
A similar problem exists with VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
I changed summary to the English name of that function. On www.ooowiki.de you
will find a lot of translations. Look at sites with titles starting
"DeutschEnglisch".
