Hi,
checked the file with Excel and it opened fine. Tried to find out what type of
Excel file this is and found out that it is neither an Excel binary format nor
an Excel2003 XML format. Excel told me on a save as operation that this file is
a MHTML file (translated from German, a single Wev Archive).
So this Issue isn't an Issue and therefore closed as invalid. The file isn't a
valid Excel binary file as the extension want to tell us. So the problem is that
your Report isn't storing the correct fileformat and you should fix it there.
