A2 displays 0 after step 4 if you don't format is as a date. It is formatted as
number from the beginning even when it displays a date; this is probably a
defect in itself. Then A1 is still formatted as a date even if bold style is
applied; but as the formula doesn't work this too is probably a defect. Note
that arithmetic operations on formats are difficult as there are no difference
formats, so what entity of the date format should the number 0 in +0 apply to?
