Having so much difficulties, reopening this isues, was a message from the Gods.
But you ignored ;-)
Ok: I cannot reproduce this problem. I unpacked the Windows SDK from the sdk
projects output tree, configured and entered the SDK environment and compiled
the example successfully. My guess is, your environment is screwed up.. Could
you please doublecheck?
