------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Apr 8 21:41:30 -0700 2006 ------- I have a template (Book.ott) and a master document (Book.odm). I created the ODM by making a "simple" ODT from the template (OTT) file, then using File>Send>Create Master Document. After updating styles, and adding some new styles, in the master document (ODM), I wanted to update the template (OTT) file so that new chapters could use the styles. The procedure for this is to open the destination document (OTT), then on the stylist panel select New Style From Selection>Load Styles. On the Load Styles dialog, I selected From File. The resulting Open dialog has a "Files of Type" pulldown that lists various MS/StarWriter/OpenOffice text document formats, and various text template formats. But it does not permit opening files of *any* master document format, that I can see. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
