create a document in calc or writer.
save as xxx. od<s|t> to disk.
close OOo.
right-mark xxx.od? in explorer
-> properties
-> attribute - button ?extended?
mark ?encrypt contents to protect data?
mark ok
at properties mark accept or ok

Windows refuses to encrypt the marked file.

changing filename xxx.ods to xxx.323 (or other)
Windows encrypts the file.

rechanging, windows doesn't.

next: take another file change ending to .ods or odt
Winows encryps.

only files produced in OOo with original OOo-ending is not encrypted
