I don't see what is the defect here? The online help is not for creating 'user
setting templates'. As stated in 64262 "Administration Guide" at http://docs.
sun.com/app/docs/coll/1263.1 is the document to refer to. Just copying the
content of the preset folder is not enough. If you found information in some
press releases that are wrong I can't help.
