Although this issue is fixed now, the summary is not changed. As a result, it
implies that now it is possible to control user-defined ("custom") animation
through the menu option.
But what is actually DONE here is just addition of a clarification in the help
file, that this menu controls animation of jpg's and similar objects that
contain animation.
The summary should be changed; otherwise if anyone searches this bugs database
to check how to turn user-defined animations on/off, he will come to the wrong
issue.
