Investigation reveals that in Microsoft Word the reference for the position of
the line, which is anchored inside a frame, is *not* the current position and
size of the anchor paragraph. It is the position and size of the anchor
paragraph, when the frame wouldn't exist - open frame dialog and hit button
'Remove frame' in Microsoft Word. This isn't very intuitive.
Workaround:
Change anchor of line from paragraph inside frame to first normal paragraph of
document.
OD->MRU: I proposed not to fix this issue. What's your opinion?
