The error occurs also in OOo2.0.2. The consecutive numbering was OK in OOo1.1.5.
More, if you open such a odt-Document in OOo1.1.5 the numbering is shown
correct. And the otherway round, if you show a sxw-Document, wich is correct in
OOo1.1.5, in OOo2.0.2, the numbering is wrong.
