When we use the Tools > Customize menu, a window pops up.

It allows us to assign keyboard shortcuts only to the category+functions listed
there. It does not allow us to assign shortcuts to toolbar buttons and menu
options.

Desired:
1. Allow user to assign shortcuts to toolbar buttons and menu options.
2. Allow user to define his own shortcuts, not only the listed ones.

For example, I want to use CTRL+[ and CTRL+] to "decrease fonts" and "increase
fonts" toolbar buttons. But these shortcuts are not listed in the window.

This suggestion is applicable to both the entire OOo suite AND the individual
applications (Impress, Writer, calc.)
