(By the way, this is for Windows only.)
I changed my Font size:
Windows Display Properties/Appearance->Font Size
from Normal to Large, hit Apply, and the OO window is back to normal.
I then changed the Font Size back to Normal, hit Apply, and the window is still
okay.
