Hello Yanminjia,
The next step would be for CollabNet (the hosting service provider) support to
add this key on the server side. Once that is done, the issue will be updated
to confirm that.
However, I noticed that the ssh key attached is different from the ones we
usually receive from the users. A dsa public key, generated using a ssh-keygen
or putty, usually begins with the ssh-dsa and ends with the user's e-mail
address, Offcourse there are variants of the public keys, but this format is
mostly common.
Is it possible for you to attach a key like that?
Please assign the issue back to support for uploading the key.
