* cario is not enabled by default.
* --enable-cairo still works as before (→ as mentioned internal headers get
updated seperately)
* --with-system-xrender-headers still works as before
* --enable-cairo --with-system-xrender-headers checks for the PictStandardA8
if it is defined, everything goes its way
if it is not defined, configure aborts with:
checking whether Xrender.h defines PictStandardA8... configure: error: no, X
headers too old.
Thus everything works as it should → verified.
