Our office uses a network of PCs running Windows XP and has a central location
on a server for template files. Occasionally, a user notes that their templates
have "disappeared" and when I look into it, I see that their Templates setting
(under Options/OpenOffice.org/Paths) has reset.

We do not know what triggers this--sometimes it is noticed the first time OOo is
used after boot-up and sometimes it changes mid-day. It does not hit all users
at once, but multiple users have noticed this behavior at different times. The
problem does not seem to recur frequently--every several weeks on average, I
would estimate.

I apologize for the vagueness, but this is all the information we have. Let me
know if there is any additional information which would help.

Bret
