I will file a new issue regarding spanish to address the Hungarian - Spanish
mutation. As i can not write hungarian i provided a similar problem with
spanish.

In many languages with diagraphs, it will not be a consensus... some people
might demand {CH} as an independent letters others not. What is the best way to
handle this?
