1. There is no ThisComponent.DialogLibraries
2. DialogLibraries returns the same ElementNames as
GlobalScope.DialogLibraries
3. Access to DialogLibraries.getByName(LibName).getByName(DialogName)
for Documents is not possible
- If there is the same "libName" and "dialogName" in "My Makros ...",
it returns that object
