Could you please investigate in CWS 'icuupgrade' whether these patches are still
neded at all?
Petr, please, when filing patches for external components like the ICU, do not
create a diff against the patch file, create a diff against the previous code
under module/${INPATH}/misc/build/... instead, e.g. icu/unxlngi6/misc/build/icu.
Otherwise sorting out the patch from the diff is a nightmare.
