@plaes: OOo code is complicated enough that a new compiler often won't compile
OOo out of the box. That's why there are explicit checks for versions, we
usually don't accept issues with compilers which are not yet released or to
which the OOo code is not yet ported to.

However, if you say that gcc-4.3 is able to compile OOo without additional
changes, I'm quite wiilling to bump up the version check. Is gcc-4.3 already
advanced enough that most new syntax relevant  features are implemented?
Otherwise we should wait a little.
