In short: works as designed.
There seems to be a little misunderstanding.
You've formated the page as left side. Pages always start with right side.
So OOo inserted automaticaly an unvisible page and at the statusbar you'll see
that your page is declared as page 2 of 2.
- Print results of
All = two pages, 1 blank and 1 with content
Pages 1 = One Empty page
Pages 2 = One page with content.
Note: When you disable Tools - Optiopns... - Writer - Print - Disable
automaticaly inserted blank page, you will get also one page without a blank
one. But this won't change the page organization.
