When you create a hyperlink in a document in text form, it correctly creates a
PDF document that when clicked will take you to the correct "target" area.
However, if you turn it into a button it no longer works. The button itself
exports and displays in Acrobat, and you can click on the button but it will not
take you to the correct section of the document.
