Additional Notes:

-OOo does not wrap the table to multiple pages when in "Page Layout" view, but
MSWord does.

-Otherwise, what I see agrees with rainerbielfeld's screenshots

-I think the issue is how the frame is being treated. I believe OOo does not
allow page wrapping because a frame is in place. This makes sense to me (not a
bug). I do not know why the table is in a frame in the first place, but it is
fairly easy to cut and paste the table out of the frame. Then, the entire table
will show up by wrapping to multiple pages.

Given no action in a while and the above assessment, I'm going to close this as
invalid. Please post back if you have a reason to reopen.
