reopen, as I can easily verify the issue (OOo SRC680m163 - german localized
version - Active X control installed)
"it has been reportet" means: it has been reported at the german users list.
I'd better have said "I can confirm that the problem does not occure if the
activeX control is not installed".
The problem occures here on a local NTFS volume (c:). Windows reports, that file
atributes cannot be writtsn, because the file is in use by another process. (OOo
is not running at this moment).
Other file types that use the windows explorer preview or enhaced file
attributes (e.g. Adobe PDF files) can be encrypted.
