Hi, disable Repeat heading as table default. Currently if a user attempts to
create a table cell spanning more than one page OOo reacts in an unpredictable
way adding empty pages and showing the caret somewhere inbetween pages leading
a
user to think OOo is buggy. This can be avoided if Repeat Heading is off by
default. Or a warning message to inform the user that Reapeat Heading is on may
help.
