this is probably a duplicate to issue 2385 ("Conversion/import of Excel
Workbook
with "2 X-axes" in same chart does not work."). The problem is that there are 2
x-axis set in the document which Calc doesn't import, collapsing the datarange
to only one column. You can modify the datarange to include all 3 columns. Then
the chart is drawn "correctly"; note that the first column is always used as
the
x-axis data and the following columns are used for different y-axis data. See
also issue 3997.
